How to make homemade detoxification by soaking the feet?

Here’s what you’ll need:
– Hot water
– half a cup of sea salt
– 30 drops of lemon essential oil
– olive oil

Put your feet in a basin of warm water and lemon essential oil. Keep the feet for 10 minutes.
Then rub your feet with sea salt. Massage with it for 10-15 minutes.

Prepare a warm towel in which to wrap the feet after the sea salt massage. After few minutes rinse them first with warm water, and then with cold.

After rinsing apply some olive oil.

Marva Oganyan said in one of her books that this home detoxification always helps when you feel the first signs of flu, cold or general weakness. If you do this procedure in the evening, in the morning you’ll wake up healthy and the treacherous cold will go away. This simple detoxification of the body proved to be very effective tool.

There are active points on the feet that are responsible for the coordinated work of the urinary system. All the toxins that are usually retained in the feet are expelled through the feet’s pores.
