Consuming Aloe Vera originally from the plant is very good not only for the teeth, but for the health of hall human body. It can be mixed with lemon, baking soda or vegetable glycerin, making a scrub for more visible results.

Consuming  Swiss cheese, before meals will help neutralize  the acid that produce the plaque on your teeth.

By putting a little baking soda on your tooth brush, you will create a natural scrub that removes the plaque.

You can also rub the teeth with orange peel and leaving it on during the night ,because it helps with teeth whitening.

You can also use vinegar as a home remedy, by  mixing 2 tablespoons of vinegar, one tablespoon of salt, and 4 ounces of water. It removes bacteria that cause tartar on your teeth,
